LOWER COST DIE SETS
PDC is now able to offer a lower cost rectangular die set with
thinner plates and smaller diameter press fit pillars and bushes to
suit simple tooling with reduced volumes and smaller forces. We
can supply these die sets with rear, centre, diagonal and four
pillar configurations all at an inexpensive price so you can reduce
your tooling cost.

ACCU-BEND
Our new range of Accu-bend rotary bending units are now available in standard metric designs and differ from the original benders as they now have a toolsteel rocker in A steel saddle with a graphite plugged Aluminium Bronze liner. As before the units can be used individually or butted end to end giving the ability to produce bends in long components. The Accu-bend units can simplify your bending process, reduce tooling costs and produce a higher quality bend.
